Good Drinking

There are plenty of sugar-free lemonades out there, but I've found most of them wanting. Even the most popular store brands of powdered sugar-free lemonade mix just don't taste like lemonade to me. The closest thing I've found to a good sugar-free lemonade is Skinny Mix's lemon elderflower syrup and even that isn't just what I'm looking for.

When it comes to sugar-free living, sometimes you just have to take what you can get, and I know this. However, I've had some delicious keto lemon bars and protein meal replacements that make me think there's something better out there. While I work my way through dozens of sugar-free lemonade recipes at home this spring and summer, I'd love to see what you're making at home, too.

Whipped coffee is all the rage, but when I attempted the drink it was pretty awful. Granted, I don't usually buy instant coffee and the stuff I had was a little old and hardened, but not expired, so I may try it again. There are plenty of other incredible coffee drinks I've had from my own kitchen, though, and I'm sure you have had many, too!

One of my favorite coffee drinks to make is a mocha with real cocoa powder. I play with mint extract, cinnamon and coconut oil to create new flavors and add the sweetener I have on hand for a super tasty latte. I like to do the same with a cinnamon base. 

You can also try a Thai iced coffee, coffee granita, golden turmeric lattes and many of these other coffee drinks. There's also an iced ube latte, a Topo Chico and 20 other ideas here.
