Halloween Witches Brew

Make some for your next party

Any excuse to make punch is alright in my book. Moved from night shift to day shift? It's punch time! Spent the day walking without your shoes getting untied? Sounds like an occasion for punch to me. But Halloween is especially ripe for punch, and it's so easy to make.

For my punch, I just combine equal parts lemon-lime soda with fruit punch, then top with lots of scoops of sorbet. Mixed sorbet is great, and I really like the raspberry stuff if you can get that. For Halloween, you can add eyeballs, fingers and other (clean) plastic decorations to make it more spooky! You can even use molds to create these items out of ice.

For a witchy brew, swap the fruit punch for the green punch. Purple also works well if you want to experiment with flavors. Some dry ice goes a long way for some mystery and mood, too! For an adult version, try spiking it with vodka!

What kind of witchy punch do you make for Halloween? Share your recipe in the chat.
