The Negroni Slushy

Ever tried it?

At Parson's Chicken & Fish, there is a drink that is literally and figuratively quite cool: the Negroni Slushy. Made with Letherbee gin and other fine ingredients, it's a must-have if you venture to Chicago, but if you can't, you can still make one at home.

Getting the ingredients is really the hardest part. Assemble together an ounce of Campari, an ounce of gin, an ounce of sweet vermouth, a half-ounce of simple syrup and 2 cups of crushed ice or ice cubes. Blend it all together until you have a delightfully delicious, boozy slushie perfect for any hot day. This would be a great hit at your summer barbecues, too.

What is your favorite frozen drink recipe?
