It's your fault if you fell down the stairs, it's your fault if you get alcohol poisoning, its your fault if you get asault charges. It doesn't matter that you were under 2 and other people had to buy alcohol for you, It was your choice to drink it when it was given to you meaning it's your fault. All those things could have been avoided if you had said no, not necessarily if those other people didn't have alcohol, you'd just have been at a different party and it still would have down to you saying yes or no. Why the fck you would try to blame you drunken problems on other people I have no idea but you should learn some personal responsibility and stop blaming others just cause you can't handle your alcohol. Eveyone always blames the drug or peer pressure but it's people who are stupid to begin with and can't handle themselves on drugs that give the rest of us a bad name.

I'm fairly sure that *someone* would have the blame if you managed to break your neck and end up no longer amonge the living. That is of course presuming you are under the legal drinking age as the whole "Serving alcohol to minors" charge would be given to anyone they could get enough evidence on. However if you were over 18 but under 21 (depending on the drinking age of your state) it becomes a little more complex, because you are legally an adult, but still an underage drinker.
